He was born in 1978 in the province of Van. He completed his primary education in Amasya and Ankara’s Şereflikoçhisar district, his secondary education in Ankara’s Şereflikoçhisar district and Antalya centre, and his high school education in Antalya’s Alanya district. He studied medicine at Adana Çukurova University Balcalı Faculty of Medicine in 1996-2002. Between 2002-2004, he worked as a general practitioner in the center of VanBetween 2004 and 2009, he worked as an assistant in the General Surgery clinic of Van Yüzüncü Yıl University and received the title of General Surgery Specialist. Between 2009-2011, he performed his compulsory service duty in Hakkari State Hospital. He worked as a General Surgery Specialist in Van Training and Research Hospital between 2011-2012. He worked as an assistant professor at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine between 2012-2019 and received the title of associate professor at the same university in 2019. He worked in the General Surgery Clinic of Istanbul Ataşehir Memorial Hospital in 2019-2022. He has been working as a lecturer at Istanbul Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine General Surgery Clinic since 2022.
